COLCO

Colco is a gel-form product that allows all ingredients to be mixed in a single phase during the dough production process, which significantly simplifies the preparation of the dough. Dough produced using Colco can be easily shaped into the desired forms because its texture is suitable for shaping.
It contributes to the perfect texture of the final product by eliminating air pockets in sponge dough as well as irregularities in the dough. It extends the freshness and shelf life of the product and prevents crumbling and breaking.
Colco is one of the best emulsifiers and stabilisers for the production of sponge dough. It is also a premium emulsifier and stabiliser used in ice cream production, contributing to a creamy texture and superior quality of the final product.

TARANT SPRAY

Tarant Spray is a new formula of vegetable oil in spray form used for coating baking trays, moulds and baking forms. This oil has a neutral taste and contains no trans fats, GMOs or other allergens. It simplifies cleaning and maintenance of baking trays because it prevents dough from sticking. It is very economical to use, as only a very thin layer of oil is required to cover the baking surface.

FRIM 1000

A blend of emulsifiers and stabilisers in powder form for the production of whipped cream, cream fillings, and ice cream. It also possesses additional properties to prevent hygroscopicity in the final products.

STEM 1500

A blend of emulsifiers and stabilisers in powder form for the production of whipped cream and ice cream. Compared to FRIM 1000, it has enhanced emulsifying properties.
